How to Participate
- Who:
- The Global Educomposting Project is open to students of all ages (including preservice teachers and university students).
- What:
- Students will complete 4 modules and share their learning with each other using the hashtag #educomposting on Twitter and/or Instagram.
- In the last module they will be encouraged to implement (or improve) a school composting program.
- Resources are provided, however you are welcome to use any other sources (please share great resources with others using the hashtag!)
- During the project we will work to provide free video conference calls with expert guest speakers, virtual field trips, and collaboration opportunities.
- When:
- The project will run from February 15-May 31st, (but there is plenty of flexibility)
- You can complete modules sooner than the suggested completion dates if you wish.
- You also don't need to worry if it takes your class a little longer.

- Connections will take place via Zoom video conferencing
- When possible, recordings will be made available for classes that can't connect live.
- Participating classes are also encouraged to set up their own video connection calls with each other. This can be arranged using the #educomposting hashtag.
